Say hello to Chef Pal!

Chef Pal started learning the art of cooking back in college where he was a double major. Hailing from the State of Punjab in India, he officially started his cooking journey in 1998, when friends and families began paying him for cooking at their events. Aside from being self-reliant and pro-active, he leaned heavily on his Indian Punjabi family and especially his brother who was a Chef in Italy. Accordingly, Chef Pal then mastered traditional Punjabi and Hindi regional cuisine first and then secondly mixing Italian European cooking skills; this is where he further developed individual plates and dishes with his own recipes and opened up his own catering company where he handled medium to large groups for their private events and parties.

Chef Pal uses only quality ingredients and balances flavours with established recipes and also uniquely within his own recipes. Some of his favorite dishes include Goat Curry, Punjabi Chicken Tikka Masala, Chholay Bhatura and Palak/Saag Paneer, which is a provincial dish from the Punjab state of India. Some of his favorite Desserts include traditional recipes of Gajar Halwa (carrot dessert), Rasmalai (dessert delicacy) and his own recipe of Caramel Kheer and Caramel Tea (which he makes his own caramel from scratch). His favorite drinks include his own recipes for Hot Badam Milk and Mango-Saffron Lassi, etc.
